Performed end-to-end QA testing and resolved critical frontend and backend defects across the entire ManPro HRMS ecosystem — a large-scale, multi-module production system built with React, Laravel, and Tailwind CSS. Diagnosed and fixed data-flow issues, broken API integrations, and UI rendering bugs spanning both client and server layers.

Overhauled the frontend architecture by replacing hundreds of hardcoded, repetitive components with a unified reusable component library — single-file components for buttons, inputs, skeletons, tables, badges, and custom hooks. Stripped out heavy unused dependencies, swapped them for lighter alternatives, cleared 1,000+ lines of dead code, deleted orphaned files, and converted all PNG assets to WebP. Reduced the initial production build from ~10,000 KB down to under 5,000 KB through aggressive tree-shaking and dependency auditing.

Redesigned the user interface alongside component refactoring to deliver a cohesive, modern experience. Standardized all interactive elements — uniform button styles, consistent table layouts, and aligned spacing system-wide. Replaced legacy circular loading spinners with contextual skeleton loaders for smoother perceived performance. Introduced a richer color palette beyond the original white-yellow-green scheme, including accent colors for icons and status indicators.
